Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of economic learning contracts to learning performance and self-regulation development strategies. The study was conducted on tenth grade students of Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Tarbiyatul Islamiyah, Pucakwangi sub-district, Pati district, Central Java. The method of data collection was carried out using surveys and documentation. Data analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA. The results showed that in subjects with relatively homogeneous prior knowledge, the learning contracts made and explained were able to have a significant impact on student performance. Other findings also show that learning contracts that are made and explained can have a significant impact on the time allocated to study the material. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the learning contract can be used as a tool to develop self-regulation in the online learning environment..
