Abstract

This study aims to determine the character of mathematics teacher in 10 High School in Semarang who teach in the twelfth grade on 216 and to know how the math teacher character expected of students based on student's perception. The results showed that students are expected of math teacher character is patient, disciplined, tenacious, able to good interact with students, decisive, caring, teaching methods fun, and honest. On average there are math teachres in this study had to meet the expectations of students as much as 77.5%
