Abstract
The specific aims of this study were ( a) the current state of terdeskripsikannya portrait SMP learning speaking skills , (b ) completion of the learning model of multicultural vision of conversational skills that can be used in a junior high school teacher in classroom learning and effective aplikabel ; ( c ) completion of reference books ( guide ) model of multicultural conception of learning conversational skills in middle school , and ( d ) the effectiveness and feasibility terujinya model of multicultural conception of learning conversational skills for junior high school teachers . To achieve the objectives of the research, the approach applied in this study is the approach of reseach and development ( R & D ) , which is a study which followed the development of a model ( a model of ) through the cycle of the research process - action - refleksi - evaluation - and innovation - in a systematic series of activities . The model is formulated guide collaboratively between researchers , experts expert , subject teachers , and related agencies ( Department of Education ) through disksusi focused ( focus group discussion) Based on the research results , it can be concluded that the profile of interest addressed by Nine are related to aspects of speech , namely ( 1 ) the theme of speech, ( 2 ) a forum to speak , ( 3 ) technical talk , ( 4 ) appearance , ( 5 ) model of speaking , ( 6 ) diversity of languages spoken , ( 7 ) the process of talking , ( 8 ) learning to speak , and ( 9 ) prep talk . The ninth aspect talking decomposed in twenty- nine specific aspects grains . The profiles are detailed teacher learning undertaken in five aspects , namely ( 1 ) the material of speech, ( 2 ) the process of speaking , ( 3 ) a model of speech, ( 4 ) implementation of the talking , and ( 5 ) learning to speak . The learning model is designed with the flow ( 1 ) the ability of early learners communicate orally , see the video and read , ( 2 ) student responses , ( 3 ) collaborate Learners , ( 4 ) The teacher acts as a facilitator when the negative attitudes , ( 5 ) Confirmation of the subject matter by the teacher about the differences between them and the discussion of the core material , ( 6 ) the integration of multicultural education and the character of the PBM . Based on the research results , it is suggested that ( 1 ) Indonesian teachers implement research findings in the study , ( 2 ) further research needs to be done , the test efektifvitas this learning model in larger scope .
