Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project is an important project in the Merdeka curriculum where all teachers are expected to have the ability to master this material and transfer this material to all the students they teach. The aim of this service is to provide assistance to all teachers who work at the Kalicari 01 State Elementary School, Semarang city. The service method used is a workshop where this workshop is divided into several sessions, namely: the first session is an explanation session where the lecturer provides material using a lecture method and ends with a question and answer session for teachers who have not yet mastered the material, the second session is a mentoring session where teachers are given time to prepare a project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile then present the project in front of a forum where lecturers are given the opportunity to provide responses, input, or corrections if there are errors. The third session is a revision session where teachers are given time to revise Their projects based on input from lecturers. The results of this service show that the teachers were able to create a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students well, one of the projects created was cultivating catfish in buckets (budidamber). The conclusion that can be drawn from this service program is that the teachers understand the importance of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in implementing the Merdeka curriculum, where they are also able to create a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students that is capable and in line with what is expected by the Merdeka curriculum.
